POM Ginger Vinaigrette
Salad-licious. I'm not afraid to say it. I love salads. I used to fall under the category "I loathe salads," but over the years, it has won me over.
Makes roughly 1 cup
POM Ginger Vinaigrette
1/3 c POM juice
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp fresh ginger - minced
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Combine All ingredients together and season lightly with some salt and pepper. It should be a deep red-ish in color.

I'm a new salad convertee too :D This dressing sounds really good!
I love salad too, but only some of them like macaroni and fruit salad. My mom always prepare this two and this week I'm planning to have a new recipe for her and found your blog.
discount le creuset
Yum ,yum, yum - you did it again. Love it and bet its amazing, need to get the fixing for an awesome salad.
I love salad too, but it never keeps me full long enough. Even when I add protein I still get hungry. I guess it's my bodies way of telling me I'm a carnivore...haha. Anyway onto this vinaigrette. It looks awesome. I love all the flavors...yum!
Nice. I didn't like salad for a long time myself, but I've become quite a fan. Mostly because I found that if I eat them sometimes instead of cookies and beef I can actually lose weight. Heh.
oh me too! i could eat a salad every day for the rest of my life and be happy! great recipe!
I love salads too! My hats off to you for using the Pom juice so creatively. Nice!
This sounds so tasty, I bet it would be delicious on chicken too!
Your salad looks wonderful. I'm generally somewhat indifferent about salads... I don't hate them, but I don't love them either. This one would probably win me over, though.
